Yesterday Tris and I spent several hours beating our heads against the data we collected before, during and after DR10. Conclusions? Maybe the data don't support any strong conclusions, but we can offer you a piece of advice:
If you're thinking of running any sort of one-off training event designed to encourage people to use social media in a professional context, don't bother - it's a waste of your resources.So where do we go from here? Hopefully, DR11, which will be different to DR10. How? We don't know exactly yet, but it will have more of a network feel to it.
